Q1. What's the payment term and lead time?
Our payment term is 40% in advance and 60% against the B/L copy or 100% L/C at sight.
Delivery time is one month after recieved the prepayment and confirmed the sample.
Q2. What's the minimum order quantity?
For regular bottles, it's 1~2 x 40HQ. For unique designed bottles, we can discuss accordingly.
(Recommended to use 40HQ container, the loading capacity is about 40,000pcs 375ml bottles, or 35,000pcs 500ml bottles, or 26,000pcs-30,000pcs 750ml bottles, or 20,000pcs 1000ml bottles. The exact capacity is based on the glass bottles’size.)
Q3. What if I need samples for test?
We can send you our available samples by freight account collect. For new custom made bottles, you can pay us test mold and sample cost first, and then we will make samples for you within 20 days.
Q4. What if quality problem?
We can never guarantee 100% no quality problem, but we guarantee we will be responsible for any quality problem that is caused by us!
