Operation

  • Do Not Recharge: This is a primary (non-rechargeable) battery. Attempting to charge it can cause heating, leakage, rupture, or fire.
  • Avoid Short Circuits: A short circuit can generate extreme heat and lead to venting, explosion, or fire. Never place loose batteries where terminals can contact metal objects.

  • Current Limits: Do not exceed the manufacturer's specified maximum continuous (200-230mA) and pulse (400mA) currents. Using it in a higher drain application than designed for can cause voltage delay, premature failure, or hazard.

  • Voltage Monitoring: Avoid deep discharge below the recommended cut-off voltage (2.0V).

  • Temperature Limits: Operate within the specified temperature range. Exposure to excessive heat can be dangerous.

Storage & Disposal

  • Storage: Store in a cool, dry place (preferably below 20°C, not exceeding 30°C).
  • Disposal: Do not dispose of in regular trash. These batteries must be recycled or disposed of as hazardous waste according to local regulations. Contact a licensed waste handler.
