More people are choosing lithium batteries to replace lead acid batteries. Lithium offers deeper cycles up to 2500 times, significantly longer than lead acid. You won't need to change batteries as frequently as with lead acid, saving on overall costs.
Regular LiFePO4 batteries typically feature 0.5C or 1C constant discharge current. Generally, larger capacity cells have lower discharge rates.
50Ah cells offer 3C rate or 5C peak rate, but they come with higher costs for end users or pack makers for applications like rickshaws, motorcycles, and E-bikes that typically require 20Ah-30Ah capacity.
However, these applications often require high rates during acceleration or startup. What alternatives are available?
18650 and 32700 cylindrical cells are commonly used in motorcycle, rickshaw, mower, and E-bike battery packs, with capacities of 3Ah, 4Ah, or 6Ah. But what if you need larger capacity with lighter weight?
The 32140 is the ideal solution.
162Wh/kg capacity density, significantly better than 32700 cells. Smaller volume ideal for EV, E-bicycle, motorcycle, and space-limited applications.
2C 30A constant discharge current with maximum 6C 90A for 10 seconds, easily handling peak current demands.
Excellent performance at low temperatures down to -30 degrees Celsius.
