Exercise caution when working with all electrical equipment, wear safety glasses, gloves etc when appropriate
Ensure cells are within operating temperature range prior to use
Do Not Use if cells are punctured, damaged or leaking
Provide adequate protection to cells during assembly & use thereafter
Dispose of properly to recycling or similar facility
Do Not submerge in water
Do Not allow to come in contact with direct heat, extreme temperatures or fire
Prevent harsh impacts or extreme vibrations which can cause immediate or cumulative damage

Safety Advice
Do not submerge the battery in the water
Do not insert batteries with the (+) and (-) reversed
Do not disassemble, dispose in fire, heat or short circuit
Do not expose batteries to sunlight for long time
Do not keep batteries close to children
Do not short circuit the battery in any situation
Do not discharge the new battery! Please fully charge them at first
Do not open the battery safety valve
Do not violently wrest the screw on the terminal
Do not mix different brands of battery in one pack
Do not mix different capacity or different conditions batteries together
Important Notes
Please check all batteries voltage and inner resistance and make sure they are balanced before DIY. All batteries will be tested before shipment but you need to test there too. You must have basic knowledge of electronics and battery assembling. If you know nothing please learn more before doing assembling. No refund or warranty for any unprofessional operation. Some of the cells will have small scratches due to moving or long transportation, but it won't affect usage at all. Hope you don't mind it.

Q1: BusBars and screws are included and for free?
Yes, we ship the battery with the BusBar connector and screws, for free if you follow us.
Q2: What is the lifecycle of the battery?
The typical estimated life of the Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) battery is 5-8 years, or 2000 to 5000 charge cycles. Depends on the specific using condition such as DOD, working current rate, working temperature, with balancer or not.
Q3: If I want to solar charge LiFePO4/Lithium Ion battery, which already has PCB, would a normal controller work fine?
For LiFePO4 / Lithium Ion battery, we always recommend to use LiFePO4/Lithium Ion solar controller. Especially if you are using the battery as UPS (back up power supply). The Lead Acid solar controller will constantly provide pulse current to the battery, in the long run, it might damage the PCB. So the PCB won't be able to protect the battery when it should be.
Q4: I am a reseller. Can i get a reseller price from Deligreen?

Q5: Why I can't buy batteries from your store?
This is usually unable to provide accurate logistics prices for your country. If you have any demand, please feel free to contact us.
Q6: Why i can't see any update tracking information after waiting for weeks?
This is normal, please be patient. The tracking number won't be updated till the package has arrived at your country. When they are on the train, no tracking. Be relax.
Q7: Are the cells I bought balanced?
We know the importance of consistency of each cell in the battery pack, so we will match and balance all cells to ensure that the internal resistance, voltage and capacity of cells are completely matched and balanced before delivery.
