This EVE Lifepo4 3.2V 280Ah cell features QR code identification, Grade A quality, and is brand new. Available with stud and screw terminal options (default: stud terminals).
The 280ah Lifepo4 lithium battery is popular among DIY users for solar energy storage and off-grid backup applications including caravan, camp caravan, golf cart, forklift, electrical bike, and motorbike.
Screw-connected prismatic battery cells can be easily mounted/connected with busbars/screws for simple DIY handling.
Exercise caution when working with electrical equipment. Wear safety glasses and gloves when appropriate. Ensure cells are within operating temperature range prior to use. Do not use if cells are punctured, damaged or leaking. Provide adequate protection during assembly and use.

Why you need to top balance LiFePO4 cells before building a battery pack:
Regardless of cell grade (A, B, or C) or whether they are new or used, initial balancing is essential to bring all cells to the same state of charge. Voltage measurement alone is unreliable for determining state of charge in LiFePO4 chemistry due to the flat charge/discharge curve.
Proper initial balancing ensures accurate capacity test results and prevents premature BMS triggering during high or low voltage conditions. For large battery banks or cells with varying internal resistance, manual top balancing is recommended rather than relying solely on parallel connection balancing, which can take weeks or months.
