A1: Yes, it can be directly replaced without modifying the forklift's power system. It has the same installation size and interface as the corresponding lead-acid battery, which is convenient and quick to replace, and can perfectly match most 24V forklift models on the market. It is a direct replacement for lead-acid batteries and can be put into use immediately after installation.
A2: Compared with lead-acid batteries, it has four core advantages: first, longer service life, with a cycle life of more than 3000 times, which is 2-3 times that of lead-acid batteries; second, maintenance-free, no need to add water, adjust electrolyte or do other daily maintenance, saving labor costs; third, fast charging, which can be fully charged in 1-2 hours, greatly reducing the waiting time for charging and improving work efficiency; fourth, high safety, adopting LiFePO4 material, which has no risk of explosion or fire even in case of puncture, extrusion or short circuit, and is more environmentally friendly without heavy metal pollution.
A3: Under normal use (1 cycle of charging and discharging per day, 80% discharge depth), the service life can reach 8-10 years, which is far longer than that of lead-acid batteries (3-4 years). The battery still maintains more than 70% of the nominal capacity after 3000 cycles, which can fully meet the long-term use needs of industrial scenarios.
A4: Yes, it can. The battery has excellent low-temperature performance, and the discharge capacity can still reach more than 80% of the nominal capacity at -20℃, which is much better than lead-acid batteries (which lose 30-40% capacity below 0℃). It is suitable for low-temperature working environments suchs as cold storage and northern cold areas, and can ensure stable power output without affecting forklift operation.
A5: It is recommended to use a special CC/CV (constant current constant voltage) lithium battery charger with a charging voltage of 28.4V-29.2V. Do not use a lead-acid battery charger, which will damage the battery and affect its service life. The charger with matching specifications can ensure safe and efficient charging and extend the battery life.
A6: When storing the battery for a long time (more than 3 months), it is recommended to keep the battery capacity at 40%-60%, store it in a dry, ventilated and cool environment (0℃-40℃), avoid direct sunlight and high-temperature and high-humidity environments, and check the battery voltage every 3 months. If the voltage is lower than 24V, supplement charging in time to prevent over-discharge and damage the battery.
