It is recommended to use a 67.5V 5-10A special charger for LiFePO4 batteries, and it takes about 4-9 hours to fully charge (the specific time depends on the charger current); it is forbidden to use lead-acid battery chargers to avoid damaging the battery.
What is the warranty period of the battery? How to handle non-man-made damage?
This product has a 2-year warranty. Within the warranty period, if there is non-man-made quality problem (such as cell damage, BMS failure, etc.), it can be repaired or replaced for free; man-made damage (such as falling, soaking, private disassembly, etc.) is not within the warranty scope.
How to store the battery when it is not used for a long time?
When not in use for a long time, first charge the battery to 30%-60% power, place it in a cool, dry and ventilated environment, avoid exposure to the sun, rain and soaking; recharge it every 1-2 months to prevent battery damage due to power loss.
Will the battery affect the cruising range when used in winter?
There will be a slight impact. LiFePO4 battery can still discharge normally at -20℃, but the capacity will decrease by 10%-20% in low temperature environment, which is a normal phenomenon; it is recommended to charge indoors in winter to avoid the battery being in low temperature environment for a long time.
