The 80V 460Ah LiFePO4 forklift battery adopts high-quality LiFePO4 cells with a total energy of 36.8kWh, designed for 2.5-5T counterbalance forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, tow tractors and AGVs. With core advantages of fast charging, long service life, zero maintenance and high safety, the product can directly replace lead-acid batteries of the same specification without modifying the forklift structure. What is the cycle life of the 80V-460Ah forklift battery?
At 80% depth of discharge (DOD), the cycle life is over 4000 cycles, much longer than traditional lead-acid batteries (1000-1500 cycles). It can meet the demand for more than 5 years under normal use, greatly reducing battery replacement costs.
How long does it take to fully charge the battery?
It supports 1C fast charging technology, and can be fully charged in 1-2 hours with a compatible 80V charger; it also supports opportunity charging, no need to wait for the battery to be fully discharged, flexibly adapting to multi-shift operation needs.
Is the battery maintenance-free?
Fully maintenance-free! No watering, no equalization charging, no acid handling, and no regular inspection of electrolyte level. Only normal charging is required during use, which greatly saves enterprise operation and maintenance manpower and costs.
What safety protection functions does the battery have?
Equipped with a smart BMS battery management system, it has six protection functions: overcharge, overdischarge, overcurrent, short circuit, high/low temperature, and reverse connection. It real-time monitors the battery operation status, and automatically cuts off the circuit when an abnormality occurs to eliminate potential safety hazards; the LiFePO4 cells themselves have excellent thermal stability, no fire or explosion.
Can this battery directly replace the lead-acid battery of my existing forklift?
Yes! The battery is designed according to the standard 80V forklift battery size, which can be directly adapted to most brands of 80V electric forklifts (such as Toyota, Linde, Jungheinrich, Crown, KION, etc.), no need to modify the forklift battery compartment and circuit, plug and play; if the vehicle size is special, customized services can be provided.
What is the warranty period of the battery? What does the warranty cover?
The warranty period is 5 years or 10000 hours (whichever comes first). The warranty scope includes cell quality, BMS system failure, and battery shell damage (non-human factors). Free repair or replacement service can be enjoyed within the warranty period; 24-hour technical support and global after-sales network service are also provided.
Can the battery be used normally in low-temperature environments?
Yes! The battery discharge temperature range is -20℃ to 60℃, even in low-temperature warehouses and outdoor cold environments, it can discharge stably to meet normal operation needs; the charging temperature range is 0℃ to 50℃, the charging efficiency is slightly reduced in low-temperature environments, but it does not affect the overall use.
