Structure and Principle

Usually, it is composed of 3 or 4 lithium batteries with a voltage of 3.7V connected in series to reach the rated voltage of 12V. In addition, it also includes components such as a protection board and a sheet metal casing. The protection board can automatically cut off the power supply when the battery encounters situations such as overload, overcurrent, overcharging, and overheating, playing a role in protecting the battery. Working Principle:

Precautions

Low temperature will reduce the battery capacity and discharge efficiency. Generally, the suitable operating temperature of 12V sheet metal cased lithium batteries is between - 20℃ and 60℃.

Storage Method: When not in use for a long time, keep the battery power at about 50% and store it in a dry and cool place. Charge and discharge the battery once every once in a while to maintain the battery's activity.
