Critical Safety Instructions & Usage Notice
System Protection Mandate: The cell must be assembled with a dedicated Battery Management System (BMS) or safety circuit board. The host system must monitor each cell block voltage independently to prevent imbalances.
Discharge Cut-off Guard: Never allow the cell voltage to drop below the 2.50V safety limit. System protection must automatically trip when reaching 2.50V to avoid catastrophic over-discharge.
Charging Constraints: Do not exceed the maximum charge voltage of 4.20±0.05V or maximum current of 10.0A. Inverse or reverse charging is strictly prohibited as it can permanently damage the cell.
Physical Pack Assembly Handling: Direct soldering onto the cell body is strictly prohibited; cells must be connected using spot-welded nickel strips onto the terminal caps to prevent thermal separator damage.
Handling & Disassembly Precautions: Do not dismantle, puncture, crush, or incinerate the cell. If electrolyte leakage is detected or a pungent odor is present, discard the cell immediately.
Long-Term Storage Management: For storage extending beyond 3 months, it is strongly recommended to store cells at a low-temperature range (0 ~ 25°C) in a dry, non-corrosive environment.
