1. Automatic main stock feed line system:

Main feed line system components:Silo/manpower hopper,main feed line (feed conveying,driving motor,feed level sensor).

Main feed line:Silo/manpower hopper is the beginning of main feed line,there is a feed sensor at the end of main feed line which controls motor on and off to achieve automatic feed delivery.

Silo:

Driving motor:0.75Kw,380v/220v,1-Phase/3-Phase,50HZ/60HZ.

Feed Level sensor:Germany IFM feed level sensor.

Feed conveying:

Diameter of conveying pipe:75*3.6mm,Material:PVC

Helical spring auger from South Africa.

2. Automatic pan feeding line system:

Pan feeding system components:Hopper ,Conveying-pipe and auger inside,Pan feeder,Feed sensor and driving motor,Suspension lifting system,Motor system.

This system convey feed through the rotation of helical spring auger,including main feed line and pan feeding line.
Adantages:Reduce labor intensity,one person is enough for one house.
Pan feeding line:There is a feed sensor at the end of each feeding line which control motor on and off to achieve automatic feed delivery.

Feed sensor:

When feed sensor is installed inside the feed pan (connect to open),driving motor starts work to convey feed,when feed sensor does not touch feed,and it stops conveying feed when sensor touches feed (for main feed line and pan feeding line use).

When feed sensor is installed at the bottom of feed bin (connect to close),the function is opposite to the above situation.
Lifting system for feeding line:

* Main part: winch,pulley,fixing plate,steel wire rope and clamp.

* The height of feeder pan is very important for chicken growing,it's very convenient to adjust the feeding line height by winch.The best height of feeding line is:Chicken back height and feeder pan up grill should at the same level.

* It's convenient to clean the chicken house and for chicken's in and out through adjusting feeding line height.

3. Automatic nipple drinking line system:

Main part of the system:filter,pressure regulator,nipple drinking line,lifting and suspension system,electric shock system etc.

Nipple for the system:Use good quality engineering plastic for outer,for the inner,we use good quality stainless steel.All nipples are anti-rusting,service life over 10 years.Double-sealing structure,with good seal ability,can avoid leaking water and avoid to effect the chicken house for leaking.

Valve rod is movable in 360 degree,it's suitable for all chicken to drink.

Lifting and suspension system: Correct height for drinking system is very important for chicken(both higher and lower can effect chicken bone's distortion,it's bad for chicken growth,and also can have some water wasting),it's easy to adjust drinking system's height if use this system.

Water display level tube:Use high transparency and impact resistant material,it's sturdy and durable,and convenient to watch water level.This device with advanced design,it's very easy to take down and clean.

* Filter: main function is to clean water and avoid blocking nipples.

4. Automatic environment and power control system:

Environment controller:T607,T610,T616,Image II,These environment controllers are imported from Israel Agrologic.

AC-2000 environment controller is imported from Israel Retom company.

Main features of environment control systems:

* Install different environment controller according to equipment components situation in poultry house.

* Control box made by a national standard box body,and power controls are CHNT or Siemens or Schneider.

* Environment controller is designed to control poultry breeding equipment automatically and intelligently according to local climate and equipment requirements.

5. Ventilation system:

Including 50''fans (size 1380x1380mm) in the gable wall,36''fans (1000x1000m) in the two sides walls and air inlet windows.

Ventilation fans including cone fan and Axial flow fan:

1) Butterfly cone fan:

* Design of butterfly door makes a minimum wind resistance and optimum performance.

* Belt: automatic tensioning device improves transmission efficiency and prolongs services life.

* Frame: High quality hot-dip galvanized steel sheet.

* Motor:Three-phase/1-phase motor with 3C certification,high efficiency and energy-saving and reliable.

2) Axial Flow fan:

* Belt's automatic tensioning device improves transmission efficiency.

* The phenomenons of belt elongation and skid during usage bring big harms to fan,such as a shorter belt's service life,a smaller transmission efficiency and air capacity,and loss of energy.

3) Air inlet windows:

* With UV resistant additive,air inlet has stronger anti-aging ability,longer service life.

* The unique structure on window edge making it more closely and firmly.

* Wind deflector can prevent cold wind blowing down,make the fresh air blow in the center of chicken house,which ensures a better ventilation effect.

* Double spring ensures excelling sealing.

* Flexible opening with anti-bird nets.

* Automatic control:As the request of difference chicken house pressure by T616 or Image2 environment controller control,make the air inlet windows open and off automatically,to meet the request.

* Manual control: Operator will check the pressure of chicken house,control the winch by hand until meet the request.

6. Cooling pad system:

The longitudinal way of cooling-fan ventilation way is the most economical and effective way to reduce temperature of chicken house in summer.

According to many years of practice,even in the hottest summer,with reasonable designed and installed ventilation system,it still can control the temperature of chicken house under 30 degree,then make the effect of hot temperature on the growth of poultry to minimum.

7. Fogging system:

It is effectively tools for cooling,damping,dedusting and disinfecting the house.

Main application:

* Refrigeration and humidification:The water pressure at the pipe mouth can reach 70 bar after the water is sprayed from high- pressure nozzle,and sprayed water is atomized and quickly dispersed to absorb the heat,thereby achieving the effect of temperature reduction and humidification.

* Dust removal and disinfection

* Sprayed water fog can purigy the dust in air during the descending.At same time,water soluble disinfection drugs can be added into the spray to achieve the effect of the disinfection with chickens.

* The atomization system is best use product for disinfection with chickens.

9. Curtain system:

Curtain system used in the two sides wall of open chicken house,or used for cooling pad system.We need to know the size of chicken house (the length,width and height),to calculate the quantity.
