The complete layer cage system includes:
The core components of the cage body, including top mesh, bottom mesh, back mesh, partition mesh, and cage door. Made of high-quality galvanized steel wire, they are durable, anti-corrosive, and ensure proper ventilation, hygiene, and structural support for the birds.
The supporting framework of the entire cage system. These galvanized metal frames provide stable structural support, ensuring the cage remains sturdy under long-term use and heavy loads. They form the base for all other components to be securely mounted.
Parts of the feeding system. The feeding trough holds feed, while connectors and covers ensure smooth feed distribution, prevent spillage, and protect feed from contamination. They work together to maintain a clean and efficient feeding process.
Key parts of the water supply system. The water tank stores water, the filter removes impurities to ensure water quality, and the pressure regulator maintains stable water pressure. Together, they guarantee a continuous, clean water supply for the flock.
The full pipeline of the drinking system. Water pipes deliver water, while various connectors (T-joints, elbows, straight couplings) form the network layout. Nipple drinkers at each cage provide birds with fresh water on demand, reducing waste and keeping water clean.
