This product is specifically designed for poultry farms, with efficiency, stability, and practicality as its core design principles. This layer chicken cage combines feeding, watering, manure cleaning, and egg collection functions in one. It not only ensures clean feed and water, reducing breeding costs, but also enables thorough manure removal, lowering the egg breakage rate. The equipment has a sturdy structure and can operate reliably in various farming environments, making it a dependable choice for improving quality and efficiency in laying hen farming.

Working Principle of Layer Cage System

Automatic Feeding: The traveling feeder moves smoothly along the track and distributes feed evenly, ensuring consistent feed intake for every chicken at every tier with minimal waste.
Automatic Drinking: Equipped with special drinking nipples to provide stable and clean water, improving hygiene and reducing disease transmission.
Automatic Manure Cleaning: Manure belts under the cages run regularly to convey manure directly outside the house, keeping the cage area dry, clean and odor-free.
Automatic Egg Collection: Eggs roll gently onto the egg belt through the sloped cage bottom, then are collected and transported by the egg collector smoothly with low breakage rate and high efficiency.
Environmental Control: Ventilation, cooling and lighting systems automatically adjust temperature, humidity and light to maintain a comfortable and stable environment for layers.
Centralized Control: The whole system can be controlled centrally via the electric control panel with one-key start/stop. Only one worker is needed to manage the entire chicken house.

Key Configurations

Coating Process: The product is finished with Zn-Al-Mg alloy coating. Its corrosion resistance is 2 to 6 times that of conventional hot-dip galvanizing coatings, which ensures an extended rust-proof lifespan, particularly in the conditions of high humidity and salt spray typical of poultry houses.
Drinking Water Device: Imported drinking nipples combined with V-shaped anti-leakage troughs to prevent water source pollution.
Feeding Device: V-shaped trough design ensures uniform feed distribution and reduces deterioration and waste rate.
Manure Removal Device: Durable PP materials from international brands + double-layer scrapers for thorough and residue-free manure cleaning.
Egg Collection Device: 7° inclined bottom net + large-space egg trays to greatly reduce egg breakage rate.
