This system delivers feed from the silo to the hopper in the poultry house. A feed sensor at the end of the main feed line automatically controls the motor to release feed for automatic delivery.
The complete line design aims to achieve the best Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR) for customer chicken growth. The system operates at three levels: rearing period at 3rd level (approximately 2 weeks), 2nd level (approximately 3-4 weeks), and 1st level to minimize feed scratching or spillage outside the pan.
This system provides fresh, clean water for poultry, which is crucial for optimal growth. The drinkers can be triggered from 360 degrees, helping young birds start well and making drinking easier.
The system controls the poultry house inner environment, providing fresh air and proper humidity for your chickens, ensuring your broilers achieve maximum production.
