Product Overview
Automatic feeding car for chickens broiler layer automatic motor feeding equipment feeder car for quail farm
Instructions for Use
Mainly used in laying hens and broiler breeding plants. The hopper rotates 180 degrees, allowing use in any channel within the layer. Add material once when entering, engage reverse gear when returning, turn the hopper to the other side, add and retreat. Feed quantity is adjustable, and the uniformity of the three-layer hopper is adjustable. Suitable for small and medium-sized laying hen farms, powered by batteries for green and environmentally friendly automatic operation.

Manufacturing Process
Use welding machines to create cage mesh, then apply 275g zinc aluminum layer hot-dip coating for corrosion prevention. Alternatively, hot-dip galvanize the wire mesh first, then weld to create cage mesh. Operate laser cutting and bending on zinc aluminum alloy material sheets to make cage set frames. Assemble cages with frames and add motors to create complete automatic systems.
