System Components
Main Feeding System (Silo)
Feed is transported from the storage tower to the chicken house interior via the main feed line conveyor system. The feed then moves to distribution lines through hoppers. This storage system prevents feed contamination while the transport mechanism eliminates feed loss during distribution.
Feeding Line System
After the hopper receives feed through the pipe system, it is transported to distribution feed pipes via hot-dip galvanized piping. A level sensor at the tail section monitors feed quantity to prevent overflow and ensure optimal distribution.
