1. Cage System
Cages: Made of alloy wire, top net provided, bottom wire 2.0, partition wires 2.3 and 3.0, top wire 2.0
Supports: 275g/m² hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, column 31*28*31*2.0, connecting plates and manure belt supports made of 1.0 zinc-aluminum-magnesium plate, assembled structure, high processing and installation accuracy, good stability and long service life
Feed troughs: 1.0mm zinc-aluminum-magnesium material
Traveling tracks: For smooth traveling of the feed cart, high straightness, L=6m, hot-dip galvanized tube 60*30*2.0
Horizontal/inclined feeding line: High-strength PVC pipe, diameter φ110mm, length 28m, with 2 Yongkun motors, South African imported spring auger, including support parts and level sensors
3. Drinking System
Water pipes: PVC special square pipe for poultry, 22*22mm, L=3750mm, with joints; made in Qingdao
Drinkers: 3 cone valve drinkers per position, Detianyuan brand
Water troughs: V-shaped PVC water collecting trough, L=3750mm, with joints
Water supply head end: φ50 front water supply pipe and fittings, including head end assembly

Special poultry lamps: Flicker-free/waterproof/AC/dimmable poultry lighting lamp (4.8W warm light), with integrated waterproof rubber string light cables (special lamp warranty 3 years, others 1 year)

8. Control System (Main electrical components use Chint)
Controller: Controller model Fengji X30, standard with 7 temperature sensors, 1 humidity sensor, 1 pressure sensor. Automatically controls ventilation, air pressure, temperature, humidity, etc., with fan alternating start function
Alarm system: Audible and visual alarm, intelligent alarm, mechanical thermostat, fan fault alarm
Feeding control: Controls horizontal/inclined feeding and traveling feed cart; automatically stops the feed cart in case of fault, and stops auger when cart is running to prevent feed spillage
Manure removal control: Controls longitudinal and transverse/inclined manure removal, with one-key start outside the house
Ventilation control: Controls fans, cooling pads, side inlets, air deflectors, etc.
