This system features an elevated slatted cage design to isolate chickens from manure, which greatly reduces intestinal disease risks, improves survival rates and enhances meat quality.
It is fitted with automatic disc feed lines and nipple drinker lines. The enclosed feeding system delivers even feed distribution with anti-spill construction to boost feed utilization, fitting the full growth cycle from chicks to mature broilers.
The whole set is constructed from hot-dip galvanized anti-corrosion steel; all accessories are sturdy, long-lasting and easy to clean.
The feeding trays are fitted with grid anti-spill baffles, which block chickens from scratching feed out of the trough and effectively cut down feed waste to raise overall feed utilization rate.
Adopting fully enclosed material conveying pipelines, the system delivers even, consistent feed distribution to every single tray automatically. It maintains a steady, balanced feed level across all feeding positions without feed segregation, fragmentation or overflow issues.
This thoughtful design avoids uneven feeding among flocks: every chick and adult chicken can access sufficient feed at the same time, eliminating competition for food. Less feed spillage also keeps the breeding environment clean, reduces moldy feed and bacterial growth, lowering the risk of intestinal diseases for poultry while cutting long-term feed costs significantly.
The drinking line adopts food-grade PVC material, which is non-toxic, odor-free and resistant to chemical corrosion, safe for long-term poultry drinking.
It features a precision nipple drinking design: water only releases when chickens peck the nipple tip and shuts off instantly once they let go. This automatic on-off structure eliminates continuous dripping and water leakage completely.
Compared with traditional trough drinking equipment, this design cuts down water waste greatly and achieves outstanding water-saving performance. No dripping water soaks the litter or cage floor, keeping the breeding environment dry and clean all the time. Damp bedding and standing water that breed bacteria are avoided effectively, lowering the risk of poultry foot diseases and intestinal infections, creating a more hygienic growth environment for chickens.
