The silo-mounted main feeding conveyor delivers feed into the poultry house. Material is then split into separate branch distribution lines through transfer hoppers. Our advanced sealed silo storage design effectively prevents feed contamination, while the fully enclosed conveying structure drastically cuts feed spillage and waste during transportation.

Feed flows down from the tee joint into the branch hopper, then the line drive motor pushes feed through hot-dip galvanized tubes to each pan feeder. A feed level sensor mounted at the line tail monitors material volume in real time to prevent feed overflow and waste.

The poultry drinking water system is equipped with a front-end Dosatron filter and proportional dosing unit at the house water inlet.
