The broiler floor-raising system is a farming model in which broilers are raised directly on the ground or on litter, with ample space for the chickens to move around. Litter such as rice husks, sawdust, and straw is spread on the floor, absorbing droppings and keeping the house dry, while reducing direct contact between broilers and the hard ground to lower the risk of leg injuries. Waterers and feed troughs are properly arranged so broilers can easily access water and feed to meet their growth needs. This method is simple to operate, allows broilers to grow in a more natural state, and helps improve both the quality and efficiency of broiler farming.
The automatic broiler deep litter system is usually used for chicken farms with a flock size below 30,000 birds, achieving optimum feeding effect.
For 25,000 broilers, with an inner house size of 112 m × 15 m × 2.5 m, 4 automatic pan feeding lines and 5 automatic nipple drinking lines are equipped.
