Egg loading unit transports the eggs towards the weighing part, the shape of rollers have been specially designed, that make sure the eggs align automatically, so as to guarantee all the eggs enter the egg washer in good order. It can connect egg belt directly.
Candling
Candler with LED light source has been installed on the roller of machine to help operators to check whether there is any damage of eggs. For example eggs with cracks, eggs with black core, eggs having gone bad can be selected out by hand.
Disinfectant Dispenser
There is a bottle that have disinfectant(customers should prepare disinfectant or others by themselves), the disinfectant will spray on the eggs.
Washing & Drying
There are specially designed brush in this type of egg cleaning machine, eggs will be washed by the brushes with warm water. Water on the eggs shell will be swiped off by the washing part brush, and at same time eggs will be dried by strong heated wind generated by drying fan.
Electric Egg Grader
Eggs of different weight fall down onto to different lanes of the electronic egg grader. Alternatively some enter egg collecting belt, some enter egg collecting table, some enter automatic egg pack.
Automatic Packer
At last, eggs will be packed into egg tray automatically by egg packing machine.
Automatic Manure Cleaning System
1. High zinc plate: 275g high zinc plate is not easy to rust.
2. Technology superb: Laser cutting machine unied cutting, high precision without error.
3. Operating aspect: Motor adopts gear maintenance-free motor, low failure rate, and saves operator maintenance workload.
4. Running stability: Stable operation, no deviation of the manure belt is more convenient to use.
