Broiler Feeding on Ground Introduction
Adopted automatic feeding, drinking and environmental control system can help us save energy and labor cost, greatly improve the working efficiency. Meanwhile,the manure cleaning system is easy to use and maintain with environmental water shortage alarm functions.
Main Feeding System
Automatic pan feeding system including a driving device, a hopper, a conveying pipe, an auger, trays, suspension lifting device, an anti-perching device and a feed sensor. The main function of the system is to transport the feed from the hopper into each feeding pan to ensure the eating of the broiler and automatically controlled by the level sensor's direction which give the order to motor to make it working or stop.
Drinking System
This system can provide fresh and clean water for poultry which is crucial for the growth of poultry. The drinkers can be triggered from 360 degree which helps young birds start well and makes drinking easily.Automatic drinking system will include nipple drinkers, filter, pipe connection,lifting piece, dosing device, tube fix clip.s-hook,lifter, small pulley, nylon cord.
