The SNQ-6578 is a high-performance camera core module based on the EN778 processing platform and Sony IMX265 global shutter sensor. It is engineered to eliminate motion blur for critical imaging applications such as license plate recognition, high-speed inspection, and traffic monitoring. Its outputs include HD-SDI, EX-SDI, and CVBS, providing integration flexibility. Key features like 120dB WDR and Defog ensure performance in challenging lighting and weather conditions.
This module provides three video output options:
Digital HD: HD-SDI, EX-SDI
Analog SD: CVBS (700TVL)
The desired SDI mode (HD-SDI or EX-SDI) is configured through the OSD menu. The CVBS output provides a standard definition signal.
The global shutter is the standout feature. It captures the entire image frame at once, unlike rolling shutter sensors that scan line-by-line. This completely eliminates distortion when imaging fast-moving objects or under pulsed lighting, which is essential for accuracy in automated systems and LPR.
Superior Low-Light Capability: Achieves very low照度s (0.001Lux B/W) using DSS (Digital Slow Shutter) technology for nighttime operation.
Exceptional Dynamic Range: 120dB WDR reveals detail in both deep shadows and bright highlights within the same scene.
Enhanced Visibility: The DEFOG feature digitally processes the image to mitigate the effects of haze and light fog.
Reduced Noise: 3D-DNR minimizes noise in low-light conditions for a cleaner image.

Mounting: Uses standard M2 screws.
Control: Configure all parameters via the On-Screen Display (OSD) menu accessible through coaxial control or via RS-485 using Pelco-D/P protocols.
Advanced Interface: The BT1120 parallel digital output port allows for direct sensor data capture for custom development.
