According to the required concentration of the agent, it is prepared in the mixing box. After being stirred evenly by the agitator, it is put into the solution tank. The metering pump (dosing pump) is used to transport the prepared solution to the dosing point or the designated system. The device can also carry out targeted design and configure necessary components according to the requirements of different process flows of users, so as to achieve suitable functions (such as automatic remote control), economic and practical.
Equipment structure
The dosing device is mainly composed of solution tank, mixing tank (with agitator), metering pump, level gauge, electric control cabinet, pipeline, valve, relief valve, check valve, pressure gauge, filter, base, escalator, etc. (can be configured according to the actual requirements of users).

1. Dissolve, stir and add coagulant, coagulant aid, disinfectant, bleach, polyelectrolyte, lime slurry and other solutions in water engineering.

4. Configuration and dosing of circulating cooling water quality stabilizer.
5. Dosing and preparation of various industrial additives.
