Product Classification

The dosing device is a complete set of devices that inject chemical solution into various systems according to the process flow. The devices can be divided into three categories according to the use occasions.
1. Oilfield dosing device. It is mainly used to inject flocculants, scale inhibitors, corrosion inhibitors, demulsifiers and other pharmaceutical solutions into the wellhead and other systems on the platform during oil exploitation.

Product composition

The dosing device takes the metering pump as the main dosing equipment, and assembles the dissolving tank, agitator, liquid level gauge, safety valve, check valve, pressure gauge, filter, buffer, pipeline, valve, base, ladder, automatic monitoring system, electric control system, etc. on a public platform according to the process requirements to form a module, namely the so-called skid mounted combined unit (hereinafter referred to as "skid").

Working principle
 

The quantitative agent is put into the mixing solution tank for mixing and dissolution through the device as required. After dissolution, it is sent to the dosing point through the metering pump. The dosage can be adjusted freely to meet the requirements of different dosage sites.
