Working Principle

1. Pneumatic Loading: Hydrated lime is delivered by tanker truck via the feed pipe. The silo-top dust collector filters the air-powder mixture, releasing clean air and retaining the powder within the silo.

2. Smart Level Monitoring: High and low-level sensors in the silo trigger visual/audible alarms and send signals to the central PLC, enabling precise inventory management.

3. Automated Replenishment: When the level drops to a mid-point setpoint, the system signals for a refill. The delivery truck connects, and lime is pneumatically transferred into the silo.

4. Precise Dosing & Mixing: On demand, lime is discharged via a screw conveyor to the dissolving tank, where it is mixed with water to form a uniform slurry (lime milk).

5. Continuous Operation: The prepared slurry is fed to the dewatering process. The PLC automatically cycles the preparation system based on the slurry tank level, ensuring an uninterrupted supply.

Packing and Delivery

1. Waterproof packing with the international export standard by 20ft, 40ft, 40hp container. Equipment Fittings, Electric Motor and Power Cabinet will be packed in Wooden Case or Iron Box. Other Equipment will be packed by Color-Stripes Plastic Cloth.

2. The whole plant machinery size are large as normal, so we will use Waterproof cloth to pack all of them. The motor, gear box or other easily damaged parts, we will put them into box. We have a professional shipping department, they will try their best to save your container quantity.
