Working Principle

Our fully automatic dosing system is pre-assembled and tested at our facility to ensure plug-and-play operation. Upon delivery, users simply:

1. Install the system in the dosing room.

2. Connect the metering pump outlet to the dosing pipeline.

3. Link the chemical tank inlet/outlet and water supply pipe.

4. Provide power and connect sensor signals (e.g., pH, conductivity) to the control cabinet.

This streamlined process reduces on-site installation time, minimizes errors, and ensures quick commissioning, guaranteeing project timelines and operational reliability.

Technical Parameters

System Structure

The system uses a jet mixer to disperse chemicals or powders via high-speed water flow, enhancing dissolution efficiency and fineness. The three-tank overflow design ensures continuous preparation, maturation, and dosing. By leveraging gravity and solubility differences, the system automatically separates dissolved and undissolved substances. A low-speed agitator further optimizes solution uniformity for consistent performance.

Packing and Delivery

1. Waterproof packing with the international export standard by 20ft, 40ft, 40hp container. Equipment Fittings, Electric Motor and Power Cabinet will be packed in Wooden Case or Iron Box. Other Equipment will be packed by Color-Stripes Plastic Cloth.

2. The whole plant machinery size are large as normal, so we will use Waterproof cloth to pack all of them. The motor, gear box or other easily damaged parts, we will put them into box. We have a professional shipping department, they will try their best to save your container quantity.
