This integrated water purification system synthesizes advanced processes including flocculation, sedimentation, filtration, backwashing, and water collection into a single, automated unit. Engineered for fully automatic operation without the need for continuous manual intervention, it represents a critical advancement for enabling autonomous management in water treatment plants. Working Principle

The purification process within the integrated system mirrors that of a conventional municipal water treatment plant, incorporating a coagulation tank, sedimentation tank, filtration tank, water stabilization system, backwashing unit, pumps, and an integrated electrical control cabinet.

1. Coagulation Tank: Raw water, dosed with coagulants, enters the tank where a mechanical mixer ensures thorough agitation. This enables complete reaction between suspended solids and coagulants, forming stable flocs (often called "rock flowers"). Unlike systems relying on vortex reactions whose performance fluctuates with flow rate, our mixer-equipped design delivers consistent and reliable coagulation unaffected by hydraulic variations.

2. Sedimentation Tank: The water, now containing formed flocs, flows into the inclined tube sedimentation chamber. Here, efficient solid-liquid separation occurs as particles settle onto the inclined surfaces and slide into the sludge collection hopper. This design ensures high clarification efficiency within a compact space.

Packing and Delivery

1. Waterproof packing with the international export standard by 20ft, 40ft, 40hp container. Equipment Fittings, Electric Motor and Power Cabinet will be packed in Wooden Case or Iron Box. Other Equipment will be packed by Color-Stripes Plastic Cloth.

2. The whole plant machinery size are large as normal, so we will use Waterproof cloth to pack all of them. The motor, gear box or other easily damaged parts, we will put them into box. We have a professional shipping department, they will try their best to save your container quantity.
