It is made from top quality mung bean starch. Vermicelli is an ingredient in many Oriental food dishes, such as soups, stir-fries, salads, desserts and spring rolls.

Stir Fried Vermicelli with Shrimp

1Cut off the fresh shrimp, wash and drain the shrimp with tongs, shred the onion and ginger, and cut the shallot into sections;

2 Soak the vermicelli in cold water, wash and cut into pieces about 10 cm long;

taste;

6 Add a little water along the side of the pot and stir fry while adding water;

7 Stir-fry until the vermicelli is colored, put the green onion in, stir-fry a few times quickly, then it will be out of the pot and plated.
