ZHONGHE MACHINERY Long Reach Excavator Fronts are designed and manufactured to support deep and long-distance digging applications, such as: dredging, canal cleaning, lagoon cleaning, material handling, river and canal pipeline crossings. ZHONGHE MACHINERY Long reach Fronts are available in either a Dredging configuration (Super Long Reach), or an Excavating configuration (Long Reach).

Dredging Fronts are for digging in very soft soils or silt and can be equipped with our General Ditching Bucket (GDB). These are typically used in dredging operations around marinas or other light duty digging operations.

Excavating Fronts are for general purpose digging and can be equipped with a Heavy Duty Digging Bucket (HDD). These have been used to access gravel at the bottom of quarry ponds and can be used for more general purpose excavating operations.

Long Reach Booms are made of high strength and high Tensile alloy steel Q345B, and better material (700Mpa Yield Strength) is optional
Inside of Booms with we design baffle plates that make booms strong and durable to withstand torsional loads
Our boom and arm are large-welded box structure and thick or multi-plates for high-stress areas.
High quality accessories such as pipeline, pins, bushes and cylinders,

Lock Valve is optional as a security tool to prevent boom down in the event of hydraulic hose blows

Answer: Yes, It can work in sea water and our long reach booms painted with anti-corrosive painting, but please note some wearing component will not last as long as normal because of sea water corrosion , such as Bushes, Bucket, bucket cylinder
