6. Before welding, we use a large edge milling machine to grind (taper process) the edge of the plate. As a result, the welding can reach the inside of the steel plate, giving the structure a higher performance. And there are strength plates inside to make it stronger.
7. If necessary, additional piping can be added to accommodate some additional applications.
8. For the long-arm sticker, you can use your original sticker to save costs. If you need a sticker, we can also prepare it for you.
9. Some parts can use thicker plates or heavy-duty applications that overlap another plate.
10. The welding is shielded gas welding, and the shielding gas is a mixture of 80% argon and 20% CO2. This is the gold standard for shielding gases.
