Introduction of ZHONGHE Excavator Pile Driving Boom

The excavator pile driving arm is customized specially to drive and pull sheet piles, which is different from the excavator's standard boom arm. The pile driving boom is straight for lifting conveniently and is equipped with a short arm. Then a pile hammer bending arm can be connected with the small arm, so as to better control the pile lifting and pressing operations

ZHONGHE Excavator Pile Hammer Boom Arm advantages

1. Good quality: the lower cover plates of the boom and arm are thickened, the interior of the box adopts a two-way reinforcement plate design, and the small arm ear’s bearing position is treated with a segmented thickened plate, which improves the service life of the piling arm.

2. Supply customization service according to customer requirements.

3. Open angle of the boom and arm can achieve 160°, and the Angle of the large arm and the base can reach 88°, which is larger than the overall working range.

4. The steel pipe above the large arm is designed in sections to facilitate later maintenance

What We Have

1. Material:

The sheet material is Q355B, the hydraulic steel pipes are Cold drawn seamless steel pipe, the pin material is 40Cr, the high-pressure hose is a joint venture pipe with 4 layers of wire coil, the butter pipe is a single layer hose, and the bushing into the large arm base is graphite alloy copper sleeve.

2. Configuration:

1pcs boom,1pca arm, 1pcs pin, 3~7pcs stop valves (according to the hammerhead), 1kit high-pressure pipe,1kit grease pipe, All other pins, and linkage assembly use the original one, and the high-pressure hose of the arm cylinder also use the original one.
