Main Production Steps
Mixing – Soap noodles are continuously combined with flakes and both liquid and solid additives in a mixer to achieve a uniform blend.
Refining – The blended mass is passed through a three‑roller mill, which grinds it into fine, thin sheets.
Extruding – These sheets are then fed into a single‑screw plodder that moulds them into a continuous bar of the required shape.
Cutting – A cutting machine slices the long bar into individual pieces of predetermined length.
Stamping – Finally, a press stamps the pieces into their final shape and pattern, producing toilet soaps, hotel soaps, etc.
Raw Materials
The principal inputs are plant‑ or animal‑derived oils/fats (palm, coconut, tallow, etc.), caustic soda (NaOH), sodium chloride, sodium silicate, fragrance, pigment, and other optional additives. An alternative, lower‑investment approach is to start from ready‑made soap noodles or pellets, purchasing these semi‑finished materials instead of setting up the full chemical reaction line.

This soap making machine is using soap noodles as the main material to make laundry soap. The material contact parts of the soap making machine are made of stainless steel or food grade materials.
Process of machine
STEP.1 Mixing
Used to break and mix the raw material, making the auxiliary material and additives and flavors mix with soap noodles fully, reaching the formulation requirement.
STEP.2 Grinding
Grind soap noodle and other additives Sufficiently to make the soap structure tight and improve soap's density and quality. You can grind twice by 2 units of machine to make the luxurious soap
STEP. 3 Refining and Extruding
During the operation of the screw, the soap body generates heat when it is extruded with high intensity, which will increase the temperature of the cylinder. At this time, it is necessary to use circulating cooling water runs by Chiller to reduce the temperature of the soap body so that it can go through homogenization and extrusion smoothly.
STEP. 4 Cutting or Stamping
When making laundry soap, use a Cutter to cut the soap bar into pieces and print the logo on the soap body. But when making toilet soap, should use a stamper instead.
When printing, because the soap body is relatively hot, in order to better make the formed soap with the LOGO engraved fall off the mold cavity, frozen water runs by Refrigerator needs to be inserted into the mold body to cool down, so that the soap body shrinks and falls off.
