We supply this fully automatic soap production line, capable of producing 1000–2000 kg per hour. It has already been successfully installed for a customer in Uganda, with our technical team on-site to guide the installation and handle the commissioning process. The machinery lineup includes a mixer, a three-roller mill, a double-layer vacuum plodder, a soap cutting machine, and a soap stamping machine.

Below are the detailed introductions of each machine:

Mixer – The mixer is driven by a motor and reducer, which turn the stirring shaft and blades at a steady speed to thoroughly blend soap noodles with various additives. It adopts a spiral mixing action to ensure all ingredients are evenly combined. A discharge outlet is located at the bottom, and once the mixing is complete, the blended material is carried by a conveyor belt to the three-roller mill for further processing.

Three-Roller Mill – This machine is equipped with three rollers that compress and refine the material into thin, uniform flakes. The close arrangement of the rollers and adjacent scraper plates breaks down the mixture into finer particles, allowing all ingredients to be more thoroughly integrated. This process tightens the soap structure, resulting in improved density and overall product quality.

Double-Layer Vacuum Plodder – This machine refines and compresses the soap particles after milling, while removing trapped air to improve the internal structure of the soap. It rearranges the molecular alignment, forming dense and uniform strips that are ready for the cutting stage. The vacuum system ensures the soap maintains a compact structure and helps prevent it from drying out.

Soap Cutting Machine – This equipment is designed to cut large soap logs into individual bars. The blade spacing can be adjusted to meet customer specifications for different bar sizes, and the cutting speed is also variable to suit different production needs. The machine features simple controls, making it easy to operate.
