Product Description

This machine is purpose-built for manufacturing premium toilet cleaner blocks — including blue bubble blocks, WC blocks, and cistern blocks. Thanks to its hydraulic extrusion technology, the finished blocks come out with even density, a smooth surface, and controlled slow dissolution.

The complete production line consists of a raw material mixer, feeding conveyor, extruder, automatic cutting machine, drying rack, and wrapping unit. By simply swapping molds, you can produce toilet blocks in various shapes and sizes. It is widely used in daily chemical factories and cleaning product manufacturing plants.

Production Flow

• Raw Material Mixing – Powder, water, and liquid additives are blended into a uniform mixture.

• Feeding – An automatic conveyor transfers the mixture into the extruder.

• Extruding – High pressure forms the material into dense, continuous strips.

• Cutting – The strips are cut to preset lengths, resulting in evenly sized blocks.
