Machine Introduction
This integrated packaging system combines a flow pack machine and an automatic cartoning machine into a seamless, end-to-end production line. Functionally, the flow pack unit first encapsulates products in protective plastic film wrappers, after which an automated transfer system conveys these packaged units directly into the feeding zone of the cartoning machine. The cartoning module then precisely loads the flow-packed products into pre-formed boxes or cartons, completing the secondary packaging stage without manual intervention. This continuous workflow—from primary film wrapping to final boxed presentation—is engineered for high-speed operation across diverse industries including food & beverage (snacks, confectionery, bakery items), health products (blister packs, sachets), cosmetics (tubes, compacts), and consumer goods (electronics, hardware).
