Automatic soap cutting machines can be installed on soap production lines with a capacity of 100-3000 kg/h. It can accurately cut soap while simultaneously printing a logo on it.

Your logo can be engraved on the red rubber band.

A roller equipped with cutting wires rotates as the soap bar moves, thus precisely cutting the soap bar.

The machine is equipped with a PLC system. The cutting length of the soap can be adjusted arbitrarily by changing the data displayed on the screen.

Rolls made of special alloy – high hardness, anti-wearing, with water chilling system

3. Double-Layer Vacuum Plodder (Soap Extruder)

Two-layer screw with independent drive and transmission

First plodder: simplex refiner – produces soap pellets under vacuum

Final plodder: extrudes soap billets through orifice to feed cutter or stamper

Integrated motor & gearbox – high efficiency

Special sealing prevents oil leakage into screw chamber → no soap contamination

Lengthened screw chamber: 1:6 ratio (screw diameter vs effective barrel length) → better extrusion & compactness

Barrel inner body: high-quality seamless steel – no water leakage

Refining plate or net can be installed on first plodder for enhanced refining

Final plodder speed adjustable via VFD

Level sensor on vacuum chamber door → auto start/stop control of first plodder

Optimized water cooling system + special screw inner diameter/pitch design → ideal for laundry & toilet soap
