1.High-grade steel for semi-trailer
The steel we use is high-grade steel, it contains niobium and 0.98‰ of titanium, which keep the chassis very strong with great torsional stiffness and a low dead weight. The main beams are the strongest in the market, allowing for more load capacity. We are proud to offer every customer 5-year warranty on the mainframe.
2.Designed for optimial load distribution
Our trailer are designed for optimal load distribution. Instead of two web reinforcement structure design which is commonly use by other Chinese factories, we adopt the structure of width plate and stiffened plate reinforcement. As a result, our trailer has great torsional stiffness and is extremely stable when loaded.
3.Weld quality
In order to ensure the weld quality in the key parts of the trailer, we have introduced advanced welding machine in our production line, including submerged arc welding machine, welding robots, and kingpin welding machine, etc.
