YJ/YJS series single phase/three phase intelligent digital EPS

Brief introduction
This series EPS integrates the latest controller and the most advanced software. It adopts the digital control technology, of which the core is high-speed MCU and the CPLD.It takes the sixth generation low-exhaust and big-power IGBT and static switch as power devices.

The capacity can be from 1KVA to 400KVA, widely used in building lighting, traffic lighting, electric power, industry and mine enterprise, fire elevator(fire pump)etc fire fighting equipment.

Main Features

　　◆Intelligent digital control technology
Adopt three pcs MCU and CPLD to reach the circuit control, parameter setting and operation management. Advanced self-detecting function is able to realize self-checking and failure analysis of all the separate circuit on the main board.

◆High efficiency IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) inverter technology
The sixth generation low-exhaust and big-power IGBT with excellent high speed switch feature, high voltage feature and large current feature. Drives by electric voltage, only need small control power. The sixth generation with lower saturation voltage, the inverter has high efficiency, low temperature, high reliability.

◆Excellent load feature
It is completely capable to load from 0-100% while no need to change to bypass, which make sure the output

◆Intuitive LED status indication: All the working status indication can see directly

◆Perfect protection

Input/output over/low voltage protection, input surge protection, phase sequence protection, battery over charge/discharge protection, short circuit protection, over-temperature protection and so on, as well as alarm function.

◆ High-powered dynamic feature

 Adopt kinds of feedback control such as instantaneous control mode and virtual value, not only reach the high dynamic adjustment, but also reduce the output voltage distortion.

◆Adopt 6 pulse rectifier charger, the charge current can be set from 0-100A according to the battery capacity.

◆Intelligent battery management
Intelligent battery charge, automatically set the battery charge current parameter according to the battery capacity, and also reach the boost and float voltage transformation, temperature compensation and discharge management. Prolong the battery lifetime and reduce the administrator’s burden.

◆Selectable battery inspection module

Can test the single parameter and display on the LCD. Battery failure will immediately alarm and inform the administrator.

◆Intelligent detecting function

This system microprocessor can continually online detect power status, the breaker status and all the working status.

◆Intelligent communication interface

With RS232 and RS485 standard collocation, optional SNMP, selectable dry connector, adopt non-source contactor to reach the monitor of the EPS.

◆Characteristically settings

Adjust the input parameter according to different mains.

◆Lighting, driving, mixed product design, the user can adjust the working manner according to the load 

◆In order to match the computer monitoring equipment and other lights which require short transfer time. The EPS adopts fast AC failure testing design to reach the transfer time less then 2ms.

◆The dimension of the EPS can be designed according to the locale operation requirements.

◆The EPS have three defend functions, can be used for basement and the other wet sites.
