This intelligent asphalt distributor truck is designed to fully automate asphalt spraying operations, delivering precise, uniform application with minimal material loss. At the heart of the system is an Infineon chip–based control unit that accurately regulates spraying parameters in real time, ensuring stable output regardless of operating conditions. By reducing dependence on manual judgment, the truck significantly improves construction consistency, efficiency, and cost control.
Built for heavy-duty roadwork, the vehicle is suitable for long-term use in highway construction, municipal maintenance, and large-scale infrastructure projects. It supports all common asphalt binders, including prime coats, tack coats, and surface sealing materials.
The spraying system uses an electro-hydraulic proportional closed-loop control architecture, allowing the preset application rate (L/m²) to remain constant even when vehicle speed changes. This speed-independent spraying capability ensures uniform asphalt coverage across the entire working width.
Operators can easily select continuous multi-nozzle spraying or intermittent spraying modes directly from the cab. The integrated three-section folding spray bar, with a total working width of 4.5 meters, is designed with reinforced hinges that protect thermal oil hoses, improving durability and sealing reliability.
To guarantee optimal asphalt viscosity and spray quality, the spray bar, nozzles, and all pipelines are equipped with a full-circuit thermal oil heating system, maintaining stable temperature throughout the spraying process.
The truck is equipped with a heated asphalt pump capable of self-loading from external storage tanks, internal circulation, and discharge operations, offering flexibility across different construction sites.
Asphalt heating is powered by a high-efficiency Italian Riello diesel burner with automatic ignition and temperature regulation. With a heating capacity of 140,000–200,000 kcal/h, the system delivers fast, energy-efficient heating while ensuring precise temperature control.
The thermal oil heating system uniformly covers the asphalt tank, pipelines, and spray bar assembly, all of which can be monitored and controlled directly from the operator’s cabin.
The vehicle is built on a SHACMAN L3000 heavy-duty chassis, driven by a Weichai 210 HP engine that provides strong torque, stable handling, and reliable performance under full load.
Key hydraulic and pneumatic systems utilize internationally recognized brand components, ensuring long service life and consistent operation. The asphalt tank and exterior panels are clad in corrosion-resistant stainless steel, enhancing durability and maintaining a clean, professional appearance over time.
For sustained operation, the hydraulic system is equipped with an oil cooler that helps maintain stable temperatures and reliable performance during continuous work cycles.
The asphalt distributor supports both fully automatic operation and manual control, allowing operators to switch modes based on site requirements. All major functions—including spray rate adjustment, temperature management, and burner control—are centralized within the driver’s cabin for intuitive operation.
An optional hand-held spray gun is available for precision work in corners, joints, and confined areas, increasing overall job-site adaptability.
