Transfer Case Working Modes
High-speed 6WD: Switch 1 OFF, Switch 2 OFF, Switch 3 ON; used for highway and paved road long-distance transit, fast speed and normal torque
Neutral Gear: Switch 1 ON, Switch 2 OFF, Switch 3 ON; power disconnected from all axles, the only gear allowing PTO activation
Low-speed 6WD: Switch 1 ON, Switch 2 ON, Switch 3 OFF; torque amplified greatly for climbing, mud, sand and rugged road travel
PTO System
Mechanical PTO control lever installed inside cab. PTO can only engage when transfer case is at neutral gear. PTO extracts engine power to drive the refueling pump; PTO must disengage before normal driving
Exhaust Safety Design
Front-mounted exhaust with flame arrester. High-temperature exhaust and sparks are kept far away from tanker and oil pipelines to avoid ignition risks

Two separate submarine emergency cut-off valves (one per compartment). Two valves share one pneumatic control switch in operation cabinet. Once the air switch is closed, both submarine valves cut off oil flow instantly to prevent leakage during accidents

Complete pump inlet and pump outlet pipelines centralized inside lockable operation cabinet. Equipped with two main ball valves for compartment selection and three-way ball valve for oil circulation pipeline switching
Measuring Device
DN80 volumetric mechanical fuel flow meter with large flow rate. Equipped with two counters: resettable short-term counter for single refueling volume reading; non-resettable total cumulative counter recording total oil delivery. Marked with "No zero reset during operation" to avoid metering tampering
Refueling Accessories
Automatic shut-off fuel nozzle with dedicated fixed bracket for stable placement. Equipped with spring retractable hose reel to store refueling hose neatly, support long-distance refueling and avoid hose abrasion and knotting
Cabinet Protection

Operating Process
Park the vehicle steadily, step on the clutch and adjust three transfer case switches to neutral gear.
Pull down the cab PTO lever to connect engine power with the oil pump.
Open the pneumatic submarine valve switch on the side cabinet, select the target compartment via pipeline ball valves.
Operate the pump to finish oil intake or outward refueling; check real-time oil volume through the flow meter.
After operation, close all valves, disengage PTO, switch transfer case back to high-speed 6WD for driving.
