Overview
The Dongfeng 6x4 Sand-Suction Truck is a high-performance, professionally engineered solution for modern sewage, sludge, and sand removal needs. Built on a robust 6x4 chassis and powered by a reliable 380HP engine, this vehicle is engineered for challenging waste handling applications. The 12-15m³ capacity tank efficiently handles thick sludge, viscous fluids, sand, and solid debris. The large cyclone dust collector enhances filtration efficiency while protecting critical components from dust and debris damage. The two-stage anti-overflow valve system provides primary prevention (automatically detects and prevents tank overfilling) and secondary protection (backup safety layer). A spring-loaded safety valve offers added protection against over-pressurization. The sandwich-type PTO ensures smooth and efficient power transmission between engine and vacuum system. Vacuum and pressure gauges, including the renowned Hongqi seismic-resistant vacuum gauge, provide accurate readings under working vibrations. The extended sleeper cab provides operator comfort with climate control.
