Product Overview

The Sinotruk HOWO 4x2 LPG Bobtail Truck is a specialized commercial vehicle designed for safe and efficient transportation and on-site refueling of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG). Built on the robust HOWO 4x2 chassis with HOWO 2080-type cabin (one row and one half with A/C), this vehicle features advanced engineering for reliable propane delivery operations.

  • YUCHAI 160hp Euro III Engine: YC4E160-33, 160 HP (118 kW), 4,260 ml, Euro III compliant. DC6J65TC 6-speed manual transmission (6F+1R).
  • 15,000L Q345R Steel Tank: 15m³ capacity, Q345R steel construction, 10mm thickness, 2,000mm diameter. Design pressure 1.61MPa, hydraulic test 2.21MPa. Working temperature range -20~50°C.
  • CORKEN Z2000 LPG Pump: PTO-driven high-flow dispensing system. Single-nozzle dispenser with English remarks, 15m filling hose.
  • Comprehensive Safety Systems: DN80 safety valve, float ball level gauge (±2% accuracy), emergency valves, pressure gauge, thermometer, dual fire extinguishers, exhaust shaft at front of cabin.
  • Regulatory Compliance: GB150.1-2011 design code. NFPA 58 / ASME standards compliant.
  • Dual-Phase Operation: Liquid-phase dispensing + vapor-phase recovery capability.
