Product Specification
The entry and exit process of the parking lot management system mainly revolves around vehicle identification, permission verification, and fee settlement, as follows:
Vehicle Entry Process
- When a vehicle approaches the entrance, the License plate recognition system automatically captures and identifies the license plate information, and triggers the sensing device of the entrance barrier gate at the same time.
- The system verifies the vehicle's permission (such as registered monthly rental vehicles, reserved vehicles, etc.). If the conditions are met, the Parking barrier gate automatically rises, allowing the vehicle to enter.
- For temporary vehicles, some systems will simultaneously print a ticket containing the entry time through the Ticket dispenser for settlement when leaving.
Vehicle Exit Process
- When the vehicle arrives at the exit, the system identifies the license plate again, retrieves the entry record and calculates the parking fee.
- For vehicles that have already paid (such as monthly rental vehicles, vehicles that have paid online in advance), the barrier gate opens directly after the permission verification is passed, and the vehicle departs.
- Temporary vehicles need to complete the payment at the Parking payment terminal (supporting scan code, cash, card swiping, etc.), or pay after confirming the fee by scanning the ticket code.
- After the fee settlement is completed, the exit barrier gate automatically opens, the vehicle leaves, and the system synchronously updates the parking space information to the Parking guidance system.
Throughout the process, the Parking access control system links all devices to ensure efficient and orderly entry and exit. At the same time, the Car parking sensor updates the parking space status in real time to help vehicles quickly find empty spaces.
