RUIHE 5013/5011F is general-purpose precipitated HTV solid silicone rubber for compression molding. It has semi-transparent appearance, balanced mechanical properties and excellent moldability. This grade fits mass production of kitchen silicone utensils, food molds, sealing gaskets, shock-absorbing pads and auto electronic accessories. It meets RoHS & REACH standards, with good compression recovery and long service life for daily consumer silicone goods.

This general-purpose precipitated silicone is mainly for compression molding food kitchen supplies such as silicone spatulas and baking molds, as well as sealing gaskets, shock absorbing pads, waterproof parts, toy silicone pieces, auto and e-cig accessories. It cannot be used for continuous extrusion production.
It complies with RoHS and REACH environmental standards, suitable for low-temperature food contact daily goods. For high-temperature long-term baking products, we recommend our food-grade LSR series for better high-temperature resistance.
Yes, secondary post-curing is necessary. It removes internal small volatile molecules, improves anti-aging performance, enhances tear resistance and rebound elasticity of finished silicone parts.
