Scope of Application:
It is suitable for the homogeneous dispersion of nanomaterial slurry, and is widely used in slurry dispersion in the new energy industry,coatings,cosmetics,video,LED coating films,flexible circuit board manufacturing and other industries.Especially for the dispersion slury of postive and negative materials of lithium ion battery and slurry preparation of various nano materials (such as nano alumina,nano lithium ttanate,nano conductive carbon black,temary materials,etc.), it has high production efficiency and excellent dispersion quality.
Features
·Adopt intermational famous brand high-speed high-frequency servo motor and supporting controller,the equipment runs stably,reliably and has a long service lfe.
·The uniquely designed dispersing wheel and dispersing barrel
structure make the slurry dispersing effect better,especially suitable for dispersing temary materials,graphene,graphene oxide and other materials that are extremely dificult to disperse.
·The specially designed spiral diversion cooling system enables the
slurry to be fully cooled during high-speed dispersion,and can fully meet the specific process requirements of users.
·This equipment uses 5-7"C chilled water to pre-cool and disperse the slurry to ensure the discharge temperature:positive electrode≤ 50℃(solid content of lithium iron phosphate ≤55%,solid content of temary materials ≤70%,annual≤8000C.Ps),negative electrode ≤45℃ (slurry solid content ≤50%,viscosity≤10000C.Ps)
Woking principle
After the slurry enters the dispersing cavity,under the high-speed rotation of the dispersing wheel,the slurry quickly leaves the dispersing wheel after passing through the dispersing hole on the dispersing wheel,and then retums to the inside of the dispersing wheel for the next cycle after a strong impact on the outer barrel wall.In the process of such repeated cycles,the agglomerates and large particles in the slurry are rapidly dispersed under the combined action of laminar flow effect,turbulent flow effect and cavitation effect,which can effectively break the agglomerates,disperse the materials unifomly,and ensure the slurry The intemal structure of the material is not damaged.
