Concentric double shaft stainless steel mixing vessel / mixing kettle
Application:
It is widely used in coatings, paints, inks, paper making, adhesives, medicine and chemical industries, and is suitable for stiring, dissolving and dispersing, and adjusting glue for medium and high viscosity materials.
Feature:
The concentric double-shaft stirred tank is composed of a low-speed frame-type string paddle and a high-speed dispersing plate that rotate concentrically. During the material stirring process,the frame-type stirring paddle pushes the surrounding materials to the middle of the tank and is instantly dispersed by the high-speed dispersing plate to achieve good dispersion., Dissolving and stirring effect. It can be made into a vacuum structure with mechanical seal according to customer requirements,and the tank body can be made into a double-layer jacket with cooling function.
