BSD-68601 SJ/SL Gasoline Engine Oil Additive Package

Product Decription

BSD68601 is a high quality functional additive package developed for API SL/SJ/SG/SF grade of gasoline engine oil. It is composed of metal detergent, ashless dispersant, long-chain ZDDP antioxidant and anticorrosion agent, phenolic amine high-temperature antioxidant and metal deactivator. It is a low phosphorus, low sulfur, low ash, emission reduction, energy saving and environmental protection gasoline engine oil additive package.

Product Features

●Excellent low-temperature dispersion, high-temperature oxygen resistance, high-temperature, rust resistance, outstanding anti-wear and antifriction, which can effectively control the formation of oil sludge, bearing corrosion, wear scratch and oil oxidation, and improve the durability of components, oil, seal and exhaust system.

●Improve the compatibility with catalyst, prevent the poisoning failure of catalyst in three-way conversion unit and the failure of oxygen sensor monitoring air-fuel ratio.

●Reduce harmful gas emissions and improve fuel economy.

Product Appearance

Packaging and Acceptance

• This product is packaged in standard iron drums, or in BIC ton drums or other packaging forms according to customer needs.
• Product identification, sample retention, and delivery acceptance shall be carried out in accordance withSH/T0164 standard.

Product Storage, Transportation, and Compounding Agent Blending Operations and Precautions

• The product shall be stored, loaded and unloaded in accordance with the SH/T0164 standard, and must be clearly labeled during transportation, storage and use to prevent mixing and cross contamination with other petroleum products.
• When adjusting oil, the maximum temperature should not exceed 75 ℃.
• Long term storage temperature should not exceed 50 ℃.
• Single dose and composite product shelf life: 24 months (at ambient temperature). After opening and using, pay attention to sealed storage.

Health and Safety

• The products in this manual are non flammable, non explosive, and non corrosive, and are similar to general petroleum products in terms of safety, environmental protection, and use.
• Avoid prolonged or repeated contact with the skin during use, prevent accidental ingestion, and keep away from children.
• Wear protective gloves when using, and the operator does not need to take special safety precautions. Once it splashes into the eyes or skin, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
• Store the product in a cool, dry, and well ventilated place, away from sources of fire. Heat source.
• Waste packaging materials, oil liquids, and waste residues should be handed over to qualified units for recycling and disposal, and are prohibited from being discharged into water bodies or soil.
