BSD-3918 Phosphorus-nitrogen Anti-wear Agent

Product Performance

This product is a light yellow transparent liquid, which is a phosphorus nitrogen agent synthesized from phosphate esters and long-chain fatty amines. It is an ash free multifunctional additive with extreme pressure anti-wear and rust prevention properties. Can be used for vehicle and industrial gear oil, hydraulic oil, compressor oil, metalworking oil, etc.

Product Features

• This agent can enhance the FZG performance of lubricating oil.
• Good friction performance, can be used as a friction modifier.
• Combined with sulfur based anti-wear agents, it has a synergistic effect on extreme pressure anti-wear.
• This product has good oil solubility and can be used in various types of mineral base oils, PAO, and ester oils.

Scope of Application and Recommended Dosage

•      Gear Oils: 0.2~1.0%
•      Lubricating Greases: 0.5~1.0%
•      Hydraulic Oils: 0.2~0.5%

Product Packaging and Acceptance

• This product is packaged in 200L iron drums or BIC ton drums according to customer needs.
• Product identification, sample retention, and delivery acceptance shall be carried out in accordance with SH/T0164 standard.
• When adjusting oil, the maximum temperature should not exceed 75 ℃, and the long-term storage temperature should not exceed 50 ℃.
• This manual product is non flammable, non explosive, and non corrosive, and is similar to general petroleum products in terms of safety, environmental protection, and use.

Product Storage, Transportation, and Compounding Agent Blending Operations and Precautions

• The product shall be stored, loaded and unloaded in accordance with the SH/T0164 standard, and must be clearly labeled during transportation, storage and use to prevent mixing and cross contamination with other petroleum products.
• When adjusting oil, the maximum temperature should not exceed 75 ℃.
• Long term storage temperature should not exceed 50 ℃.
• Single dose and composite product shelf life: 24 months (at ambient temperature). After opening and using, pay attention to sealed storage.

Health and Safety

• The products in this manual are non flammable, non explosive, and non corrosive, and are similar to general petroleum products in terms of safety, environmental protection, and use.
• Avoid prolonged or repeated contact with the skin during use, prevent accidental ingestion, and keep away from children.
• Wear protective gloves when using, and the operator does not need to take special safety precautions. Once it splashes into the eyes or skin, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
• Store the product in a cool, dry, and well ventilated place, away from sources of fire. Heat source.
• Waste packaging materials, oil liquids, and waste residues should be handed over to qualified units for recycling and disposal, and are prohibited from being discharged into water bodies or soil.
