Description
HQT98020 is a brownish red liquid formulated by refined emulsifiers, imported high-end rust inhibitors, corrosion inhibitors, rust enhancers, defoamers, mold and bacteria inhibitors, coupling additive, and special additive, which can achieve high-performance emulsification and rust prevention effects without other extra additive. It is high-quality emulsified additive and suitable for cyclohexane base oils.
Use
1.Add 13% (or more) of HQT98020 into the naphthenic base oil (such as KG06 or 15 # white oil) can formulate an antirust emulsified oil (when increasing the dosage, emulsification speed,antirust properties will be improved). (By using different base oils and adjusting them slightly with fatty acid amine salts or other coupling additives (such as Span-80 or triethanolamine), a perfect antirust emulsified oil can be formulated.)
2.Strong antirust performance of this additive: when 15% dosage,the solution with 5% antirust emulsified oil can prevent iron filings from rusting for 2 hours. when 20% dosage, the solution with 5% antirust emulsified oil can prevent iron filings for rusting for 4 hours without rust. It has much stronger rust resistance than other additives.
3.If preparing extreme pressure water-based cutting oil, conventional extreme pressure additives such as chlorinated paraffin and sulfurized fat can be added. If necessary, HQT98020 can be appropriately added to improve emulsification and enhance stability. Alternatively, fatty acid amine salts or other coupling additives (such as Span-80 or triethanolamine) can be used for adjustment.
